Introduction

Crime rates in your neighbourhood (Vic Street) are on the rise, and many of your neighbours are complaining to the police about issues such as vandalism, robberies, and shop-lifting.

Besides the issue of crimes in Vic Street, the police is also having a challenge to create public awareness about the measures implemented in the neighbourhood (especially at Vic Street MRT station) to detect and prevent terrorism.

During one of the MP meet-the-people session, a resident suggested to start a crime and terrorism awareness initiative. This initiative will help everyone:

  • · To be alert about the current crime situation.
  • · To get advice on how to prevent and stop crime.
  • · To contribute and report on crimes happening in their immediate vicinity.
  • · To get updates of police actions.
  • · To be aware of the actions required to fight terrorism.
