A resident staying at block 4 witnessed a schoolboy being beaten up by a gang of 4 older boys last week.
"I was on my way back home from the wet market when I saw some commotion in the car park. I went closer and I saw a boy lying helplessly on the floor and 4 big boys were pounding on him. They were beating and kicking him. I shouted at them and they scattered. We all have to on alert with everything around us. It is for the safety of us and the others too."
